  • Remote‑support software – Microsoft Quick Assist or AnyDesk transmits session metadata (start/stop times, device name, OS version) to us.
  • Automated technologies – we use cookies and similar technologies to collect Technical data (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Third‑party sources – payment processors (Stripe) provide us with confirmation of payment.
